Cross Cut Timber is a small start up business that commissioned me to create a logo for them. They specialize in handcrafted quality furniture. Their style is classified as rural chic so I wanted the typography to represent that. The use of the trees and saw blade help clarify that this is a woodworking business. I also added some options of logos that I sketched in my preliminary round.
